22 JULY 2025 – KISMEC successfully conducted an in-house training titled Lean & Supply Chain Management Overview at the Iconic Hotel, Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang. The session was attended by 19 participants from Advanced Energy Industries (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. and led by experienced trainer, Mr. Jörg Alexander Vollmer.

 

This training aimed to equip participants with the ability to design and implement Lean and Supply Chain Management transformation strategies within their work areas. It also provided practical insights into applying key Lean and Supply Chain Management principles effectively throughout the transformation process.
