Warmest greetings from KISMEC.<\/p>

As we step into the promising year of 2025, I am filled with renewed optimism and deep commitment to the growth and transformation of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in Malaysia. This year marks a pivotal chapter for KISMEC as we continue to evolve, innovate, and lead with purpose.<\/p>

With the national rallying call of \u201cTVET Pemangkin Negara Madani,\u201d we align our initiatives closely with the Dasar TVET Negara and the aspirations of TVET Madani. Our mission is clear: to be the preferred centre for industrial training and talent development, not only in the northern region but across Malaysia and beyond.<\/p>

At KISMEC, we have made Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) a core priority. ESG is no longer an option, it is embedded in everything we do, from how we run our training programs to how we manage our daily operations. We are embedding ESG compliance into the fabric of our organization, ensuring that every decision we make supports a more sustainable, equitable, and responsible future.<\/p>

In this pursuit, KISMEC continues to serve proudly as a tripartite institution, working hand-in-hand with industry partners, ranging from SMEs and SMIs to local conglomerates, multinational corporations (MNCs), and government-linked companies (GLCs) as well as with government stakeholders at both federal and state levels, and academic institutions, including both IPTA and IPTS. These collaborations are not just maintained, they are actively strengthened and nurtured, ensuring KISMEC remains agile and relevant in an evolving economic and technological landscape.<\/p>

Internationally, we are proud to announce the commencement of Phase 2 of our collaboration with the ASEAN Secretariat, under the banner of \u201cTVET Training: Emerging Technologies for Electronics and ICT Towards ESG Compliance.\u201d This new phase marks a significant milestone for KISMEC, as we now engage all ASEAN countries, including Timor-Leste, expanding our regional impact and positioning ourselves as a respected leader in international-level TVET delivery.<\/p>

In 2024, we expanded our facilities and upgraded training equipment to meet the needs of the growing Electrical & Electronics (E&E) sector. Moving into 2025, KISMEC is stepping into High-TVET fields, focusing on AI, Data Science, and Cyber Security. These programs support regional developments in innovation hubs like Kulim Hi-Tech Park and Batu Kawan, preparing our graduates for the demands of high-tech and high-value industries.<\/p>

As we move forward, let us continue to pursue excellence with unwavering dedication. At KISMEC, \u201cExceeding Excellence\u201d is not just a tagline, it is a promise we live by, a standard we uphold, and a vision we strive to surpass every day.<\/p>
