Certification: Sijil Kompetensi Kemahiran Pembinaan (SKKP) CIDB Akta 520

Syllabus: 

1. Welding Terminology and Imperfection
2. Welding Joint and Position
3. Intro to Non Destructive Testing Appreciation (NDT)
4. Welding:

• Procedure Specification (WPS)
• Procedure Qualification Record Test (PQRT)
• Quality Inspection, Testing and Evaluation

1. Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) – 3F, 3G
2. Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) – 3F, 3G
3. Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) – 3F. 3G

Requirements:  

1. Applicants must be Malaysian
2. Privileges to ‘Anak Kedah’ or Kedah resident
3. Aged between 19 – 35 years old
4. Certificate/Diploma/Degree holder in technical/engineering background
5. Has not been offered any program under the PENJANA
6. Unemployed
