Course Objectives: Certificate of Professional Mariner program focuses on producing trainees to become sailors whether in the Deck, engine, or Cook. Focus on studies in the field of TVET by involving a 70% practical and 30% theoretical framework with high career prospects in the field of the maritime industry.

• Welding and cutting
• Basic Signaling & Communication
• Fundamental of Electrical System 
• Basic Knots & Ropework
• Basic Engine Marine
• DSD ( Designated Security Duties )
• BT(Basic Safety Training)

– Elementary First Aids

– Basic Safety

– Survival Craft

– Fire Fighting 

– Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities

• Basic Oil & Chemical Tanker @ CM (Crowd Management)

Requirements:  

1. Applicants must be Malaysian 
2. Aged between 18 – 28 years old 
3. SPM /STPM / SMA leavers 
4. Healthy and free from social illness/ drugs
5. Not color blind
