KISMEC – ESG POLICY FINALISATION WORKSHOP

17 MAY 2025 – KISMEC successfully conducted its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Policy Finalisation Workshop, bringing together 25 participants, including management team members, department heads, and ESG taskforce representatives. The workshop aimed to finalise KISMEC’s ESG Policy, confirm key ESG elements aligned with our mission, and identify actionable steps with measurable KPIs for implementation. Among the key focus areas included energy efficiency, employee well-being, community engagement, and ethical governance practices.

The session also addressed internal and external communication strategies, policy adoption procedures, and the formation of ESG working groups to ensure effective execution. This marks a significant milestone in KISMEC’s commitment to sustainable and responsible development.
