3	Guest Lecturer to ASEAN countries on AMEICC project (ASEAN-JAPANESE government training project).
4	Chairman – Mechanical Division AMEICC (ASEAN-JAPANESE government training project for 2000 ~ 2003).
5	Representing Malaysia as MODEL COE for ASEAN countries (ASEAN-JAPANESE government training project for 2004 ~ 2008).
